FISH! Philosophy — Website Terms of Use

Last updated: August 21, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites operated by ChartHouse International Learning Corporation (“ChartHouse,” “FISH! Philosophy,” “we,” “us”), including fishphilosophy.com and its related pages and subdomains (the “Sites”). By accessing or using the Sites, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Sites.

1. Relationship to Other Agreements

These Terms govern general use of the Sites. Purchases are governed by our Terms of Sale and Refund & Shipping Policy. Use of our video programs, downloads, and materials is governed by our Subscription License Agreement. Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy. If these Terms conflict with the Terms of Sale or Subscription License Agreement regarding a purchase or licensed content, those documents control.

2. Eligibility

The Sites are intended for business and professional audiences and are not directed to children. By using the Sites, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or the age of majority where you live.

3. Our Content and Your Limited Permission

The content we create for the Sites — including articles, blog posts, text, graphics, images, videos, audio, page designs, and the selection and arrangement of content — is the property of ChartHouse International Learning Corporation or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive permission to view the Sites and to print or save pages for your personal or internal informational use. In addition:

  • You may link to our pages and articles freely. We appreciate it.
  • You may quote brief excerpts from our articles with clear attribution to FISH! Philosophy and a link to the original page.
  • You may not republish, reproduce, or redistribute full articles or substantial portions of our content — on websites, in publications, in training materials, or otherwise — without our prior written permission.
  • Downloadable resources offered on the Sites are governed by our Subscription License Agreement, including its Individual Resources provisions.

Third-party content. Some pages on the Sites embed content created by others — such as YouTube or Vimeo videos and social media posts — displayed through those platforms’ official embed features for commentary and educational purposes. That content remains the property of its respective owners and links back to its original source through the embed itself. The permissions in this section apply only to our own content and do not extend to embedded third-party content.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4. Trademarks

FISH!, FISH! Philosophy, and associated names, logos, and marks are trademarks of ChartHouse International Learning Corporation. You may not use our marks without prior written permission, except to accurately refer to us or link to the Sites, or as expressly permitted for customers under the Brand & Artwork License in our Subscription License Agreement.

5. Acceptable Use

When using the Sites, you agree not to:

  • Use the Sites in violation of any applicable law or for any unlawful purpose.
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect content or data from the Sites by automated means, or use the Sites’ content to train or build competing products or datasets, without our written permission.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Sites, probe or test their security, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or customer portal.
  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any access control, including the technical protections of our customer portal.
  • Frame or embed the Sites or their content within another site or service, except video embeds created through the embed codes we provide under the Subscription License Agreement.
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or submit false information through our forms.

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access to the Sites for violations of these Terms.

6. Information You Submit

When you submit information through our forms — such as contact requests, quote requests, applications, or requests for resources — you agree to provide accurate information, and you permit us to use your submission to respond to and process your request as described in our Privacy Policy. If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback about our products or the Sites, we may use them without restriction or obligation to you.

7. Customer Portal and Accounts

Access to our customer portal and any account features is provided under our Terms of Sale and Subscription License Agreement. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account.

8. Testimonials and Results

The Sites include stories, testimonials, and case studies from organizations and individuals who have used FISH! Philosophy. These reflect individual experiences. Organizational outcomes depend on many factors, and results vary — we do not represent that any organization will achieve similar results.

9. Third-Party Links, Embeds, and Content

The Sites contain links to and integrations with third-party websites and services, including our checkout pages and embedded video player. The Sites also display third-party content — such as videos and social media posts created by others — through those platforms’ embed features. We do not control, endorse, or adopt third-party content, and the views expressed in it are those of its creators, not ours. Embedded content may change or become unavailable at its source at any time.

We are not responsible for third-party sites, services, or content, and linking or embedding does not imply endorsement. Your use of third-party sites and your interaction with embedded platforms (such as YouTube, Vimeo, or social networks) are at your own risk and subject to those platforms’ terms and privacy policies.

10. Disclaimers

The Sites and their content are provided “as is” and “as available” for general informational and educational purposes. Content does not constitute legal, human resources, medical, financial, or other professional advice, and articles reflect information as of their publication date. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Sites and their content, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability. We do not warrant that the Sites will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Sites; and (b) our total liability for all claims arising from or related to the Sites will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim or one hundred US dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChartHouse International Learning Corporation and its officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Sites or their content.

13. Copyright Complaints

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Sites infringes your copyright, contact us at customerservice@fishphilosophy.com with a description of the work, the location of the material on the Sites, your contact information, and a statement of your good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized. We will review and respond appropriately.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Sites will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Sites after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the documents referenced in Section 1, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding use of the Sites.
