Philosophy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides workplace culture training programs, streaming video content, digital resources, physical training materials, and related services. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (currently payments.ai, Stripe, and PayPal) through our checkout providers (ClickFunnels and Shopify), or through invoices issued and paid via Intuit QuickBooks. Your full payment card number is transmitted directly to these processors and is not stored on our servers. We receive confirmation of payment and limited transaction details (such as the amount, date, and last digits of the card).
If you access the Portal through a subscription purchased by your organization, we process your usage information (such as videos viewed and login activity) in order to deliver and secure the service for that organization and to support license compliance.
We use the information we collect to:
Transactional and service email. We send emails necessary to provide the Services — such as receipts, access details, account and password messages, and renewal reminders. You cannot opt out of these while you maintain an account or active order with us.
Marketing email. When you request free resources or offers from us, submit a lead form, or make a purchase, you agree to receive marketing email from FISH! Philosophy about our resources, programs, and offers. Providing your email address and agreeing to receive these communications is a condition of receiving our free resources and offers.
Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You may unsubscribe at any time, and we honor unsubscribe requests promptly. Unsubscribing from marketing email does not affect transactional and service messages related to your account or orders.

Your controls. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through settings. Blocking essential cookies will prevent parts of the Portal from working. Where required by applicable law, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information, including HTTPS encryption across our Services, one-way hashed password storage, unique tokenized access links, restricted file storage for licensed materials, and payment handling by PCI-compliant processors. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We are based in the United States, and the Services are hosted and operated in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.
The Services are designed for organizations and working professionals and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at customerservice@fishphilosophy.com and we will delete it.
The Services contain links to and integrations with third-party websites and services, including our checkout pages, video player, and external stores. This policy does not apply to those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means, such as a notice on our websites. Your continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
